It's Friday night - you know, what's for dinner? Tip number two

Hmm, Friday evening, again, nothing planned for dinner, again. Instead of ordering Chinese food take-away, why not take a few minutes to a meal that is quick, easy and inexpensive to make, but delicious and nutritious

My recommendation - chickpea curry with rice and broccoli.
